Report: Manhattan office market to tighten more

Expect an even tighter Manhattan commercial market in the early part of 2006, according to a report released Friday by brokerage Colliers ABR. Midtown, Midtown South, and Downtown, the major Manhattan commercial submarkets, should all continue to experience low vacancy rates and rising asking rents, the report said. more By Tom Acitelli
