Clock tower at One Madison Ave. going condo

One Madison Avenue‘s clock tower will be converted into condominiums under a new agreement announced Friday. Hotel developer Ian Schrager is partnering with SL Green Realty Corporation and RFR Holding to convert the 43-story tower, which is part of the former headquarters for MetLife.
