Forward condos add to Lower East Side buzz

One of the most buzzed-about developments on the buzzed-about Lower East Side is the conversion of the Forward Building. The 10-story building at 175 East Broadway had for decades been the headquarters for the newspaper of the same name, and is now on its way to being changed into luxury condos.
