Bayswater downzoning moves forward

The city Department of Planning on Thursday unanimously approved the downzoning of the small Queens neighborhood of Bayswater. Some homeowners there, however, worry the downzoning will hurt property value. The City Council is expected to sign off on the downzoning in the next two months. more [Sun]
