Luxury condos selling fast in… Kew Gardens

Luxury condos are selling briskly in the middle of Queens. Nearly half of the 59 condos at the 18-story Park Lane in Kew Gardens have been sold in the three months since the new development opened, according to its Brooklyn-based developer, Denali Construction.
