Manhattan claims 62,773 millionaire households

Manhattan had the 13th-most millionaire households of all the counties in the United States in 2005. The borough (which is also New York County) had 62,773 households with a net worth, excluding primary residence, of $1 million or more, according to a new report. Nassau and Suffolk counties were seventh and 11th on the list, respectively, and the only other New York counties near the top. Los Angeles County had the most millionaire households. more [NYT]
