Suburban condos – the new McMansions?

Condos as fancy as a McMansion and as spacious as a single-family home are springing up in urban areas in the New York City region. People who years ago would?ve bought the suburban home with the suburban front yard are opting instead for condos. And developers, reacting to a scarcity of developable land in the region, are happy to build them.
