Last Time Warner Center apartment sells

The Related Companies sold the last remaining apartment at the Time Warner Center in the last week of March — a half-floor penthouse on the 77th floor of the north building. It went for $16.95 million, bringing the total sales in the center to more than $1.1 billion. more [NYT]
