Feng Lun is one of China’s biggest real estate tycoons. And he’s the head of the Vantone Group, the biggest tenant by far in the new 7 World Trade Center. Feng’s firm is leasing the top five floors of the 52-story tower in Lower Manhattan, which is scheduled to open next month. more [NYT]
