Asking price record set for below 14th Street

A five-story Tribeca penthouse has set the record for asking prices below 14th Street in Manhattan. Minnesota businessman Edward Bazinet broke Rupert Murdoch’s record of $28 million by putting his 9,300-square-foot spread at 60 Warren Street on the market for an asking price of $28.5 million.
