WTC site plans unfair to Silverstein, some say

Some real estate heavies are weighing in on Larry Silverstein’s behalf regarding tentative plans to turn over control of parts of the World Trade Center site to the Port Authority. They say the plans are unfair to Silverstein, the site’s leaseholder. The plans would hold Silverstein in default if he fails to build all 5.9 million square feet of office space there.
