Imbroglio continues at World Trade Center site

It’s not over at the World Trade Center site. Site leaseholder Larry Silverstein hinted on Monday that he would not necessarily take either of the two offers put forward together last week by the governors of New Jersey and New York and Mayor Bloomberg.
