Silverstein to accept terms of trade center deal

Larry Silverstein plans this afternoon to announce that he will accept the economic terms of a new deal at the World Trade Center site. The acceptance will reduce Silverstein’s overall role there, but would reportedly still allow him to build three skyscrapers on the most valuable parcels of the 16-acre site.
