More condo conversions forcing out tenants

Condo conversions are putting the squeeze on rental tenants throughout the city. As many as 60 conversions are pending in Manhattan, involving more than 7,000 condo units, with perhaps the most expensive happening at the Manhattan House on the Upper East Side.
