Landlord of fire site being sued by tenants

Tenants of the landlord who owns the site of this week’s 10-alarm fire in Greenpoint plan to sue the landlord, Joshua Guttman. The tenants live at 50 Bridge Street, another one of the landlord’s buildings, and they say their building needs a lot of repairs.
