Big rent-stabilized landlord booting tenants

One of the city’s biggest owners of rent-stabilized apartments is reportedly carrying out an aggressive campaign to kick out many of its tenants. The Pinnacle Group, which owns several buildings in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, has filed more than 5,000 housing court eviction notices in the past two years. more [NYDN]
