Rent-stabilized landlord reports bogus repairs

An ongoing look at one of the city’s biggest owners of rent-stabilized apartments reveals a systematic approach to getting rid of tenants and then hiking rents. One alleged tactic of this approach by Pinnacle Group has the landlord reporting renovations to the state that have never really been carried out.
