Rampe to join new WTC memorial committee

Kevin Rampe, who was officially appointed the new chairman of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation yesterday, will sit on a new Memorial and Master Plan Design Committee. The committee’s task is to make the nearly $1 billion project fit into a $500 million budget by the end of June.
