Two UWS rentals on the market

Two historic rental apartment buildings are reportedly being marketed for sale. The 170-unit Apthorp, which occupies an entire block at 2207 Broadway and 390 West End Avenue, came on the market earlier this month. It could fetch more than $500 million.
