More condos come to UWS, Harlem

A joint venture has won a $206.5-million loan for the construction of a 27-story condominium at the southeast corner of West End Avenue and West 70th Street. The project will have 191 apartments and 27,000 square feet of retail space. At 111 Central Park North, Athena Group will start construction this summer on a 19-story, 47-unit condominium.
