Pelham Bay office park to double in size

The developer of Hutchinson Metro Center in the Bronx’s Pelham Bay neighborhood is planning to double the space available with two new office towers costing a total of $62 million. The 10-story Tower One will have 260,000 square feet of office space and is expected to break ground this fall; plans for the second tower are still under way.
