Sale may set above-110th Street record

A recent home sale may have set a record for a townhouse sale above 110th Street in Manhattan. A deed filed with the city states that a five-story house on Convent Avenue sold in mid-March for $3.89 million. That would be almost $1.3 million more than the previous record for a townhouse above 110th Street. more [NYT]
