Sundari condo project cancelled

At least one more Manhattan condo project has been cancelled. Earlier this week, developer Buttonwood Real Estate put the lot at 158 Madison Avenue, the site for its proposed Sundari Lofts & Tower, on the market. Buttonwood says it may still, though, build Sundari somewhere else in Manhattan. Massey Knakal Realty is handling the sale of the Madison Avenue site. more [Post]
