Clinton Hill, Fort Greene plan downzoning

A new rezoning for Clinton Hill and Fort Greene in Brooklyn would allow taller buildings on the neighborhoods’ main drags, but smaller ones on its side streets. The maximum possible building height on Fulton Street and Myrtle and Atlantic avenues will be upped under the rezoning, details of which were recently released. The rezoning is expected to pass the City Council by mid-2007. more [Papers]
