Manhattan condos again outsell co-ops

For the second consecutive quarter, condominiums in Manhattan outsold co-operatives during the three months ending June 30. Condos accounted for 57 percent of apartment sales in Manhattan during the second quarter of 2006, and co-ops accounted for 43 percent, according to a market report released Wednesday by appraiser Miller Samuel and brokerage Prudential Douglas Elliman. more By Tom Acitelli
