Summer construction set for UWS condo

Construction is expected to start this summer on a 16-story luxury condo building on a site at 120 West 72nd Street, between Amsterdam and Columbus avenues. Developer Anbau Enterprises said the building, which will open for occupancy in late 2007, will have 22 units, including four-bedroom units, as well as 4,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
