So many condos, but enough buyers?

Condos have become a lot more common in Manhattan in the last few years, with thousands constructed and many more still planned. This rise in available condo units raises the obvious question: Are there enough buyers for all of them? Brokers, of course, say yes. Others are not so sure. more [NYT]
