Court says city must obey eviction rules

A city housing court judges has ruled that the New York City Housing Authority must follow its own rules involving the eviction of a young man who grew up in the Baruch Houses in Lower Manhattan. The authority evicted the man without first getting either a court order or allowing him to pursue administrative grievances. more [Law Journal]
