Politico taped demanding developer bribe

A state Assemblywoman from Brooklyn was caught on videotape demanding that a developer build her a $500,000 dream home in exchange for using her influence to secure a city-owned vacant lot. Assemblywoman Diane Gordon was released on bail on Monday after being arraigned on charges of bribery and official misconduct. more [Law Journal]
