Silverstein ups rent at 7 World Trade

The rent has reportedly been raised at 7 World Trade Center. Tower landlord Larry Silverstein in the last few weeks quietly raised the rent over the original average $50 a square foot. That puts 7 World Trade even further above the normal rents for office space Downtown. more [Post]
