Dentist sues Magic Johnson, developers

A dentist who ran his practice on the 29th floor of the Williamsburgh Savings Bank building in Brooklyn is suing the developers who plan to change the building’s tower into luxury condos, developers including basketball legend Magic Johnson. The dentist claims in his suit that the developers unfairly ended his lease with eight years left as part of an effort to empty the tower. more [NYDN]
