New Yorkers want Governors Island views

New Yorkers apparently want views from a redeveloped Governors Island. The early results of an online poll run by the Governors Island Alliance shows most respondents want the bottom third of the island to host green space, which would allow for views of the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor and the Brooklyn coastline. more [Post]
