44 Wall Street now full of tenants

A record company’s recent lease has finished filling up 44 Wall Street with tenants. ATO Records and 44 Wall landlord Swig Equities announced this week the signing of a lease for 16,000 square feet of space in the 25-story, 350,000-square-foot building. ATO Records will occupy the space, along with its affiliates ATO Pictures, Red Light Management, and Mick Management. Swig Equities was represented in-house on the deal. By Tom Acitelli
