Mott Haven has been polishing its image. Part of the polishing includes efforts by the South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation, which recently bought a dilapidated warehouse at 130 Willis Avenue — the first thing people see when they cross the Willis Avenue Bridge from Manhattan into the Bronx.
