Moynihan Station vote could be delayed

The plans for the proposed Moynihan Train Station on the West Side may have hit a snag. The state’s Public Authorities Control Board is meeting on Friday in Albany to render a final vote on the plans. But state Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, who derailed the far West Side stadium idea last summer through his vote on the control board, says he has questions about the Moynihan plans. more [NYDN]
