Luxury condos wash over St. George

Stylish new condos on the St. George waterfront are aimed at drawing the sort of buyers to northern Staten Island which would normally buy in trendy Brooklyn locales. The condos will sell for $400 to $600 a square foot, and the first ones go on sale next month. more [NYT]
