Two lawsuits now claim that the 2003 bidding for the sale of the G.M. Building was rigged. Real estate investor Leslie Dick and developer Sheldon Solow have each filed suits against Harry Macklowe, who paid $1.4 billion for the 50-story Midtown building, and Conseco, the building’s seller.
