Apartment complexes selling for $5B

Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village are up for sale. The owner of the two complexes with a total of 110 apartment buildings, Metropolitan Life, wants nearly $5 billion for both — what would be the biggest single American property sale in modern history.
