Empire State Building control resolved

The management and leasing imbroglio at the Empire State Building has been resolved. Leona Helmsley and Peter Malkin have settled their years-long disputes with Peter Schneider and his Helmsley-Spear management and leasing company over control over of the 102-story landmark and nine other buildings.
