Office vacancy rate dwindles Downtown

The clock is ticking on a double-digit vacancy rate for Downtown. According to a new report, the Downtown vacancy rate in August dropped to 11.4 percent, down from 11.9 percent in July. And the submarket’s vacancy rate for Class A office space dropped to 10.2 percent in August from 10.9 percent in July, according to the report released Thursday from brokerage Colliers ABR. more By Tom Acitelli
