Buyers reap rewards of city program

Many who took advantage of a city program are now reaping the financial whirlwind of having bought years ago in neighborhoods that gentrified. The program, known as HomeWorks, allowed buyers in Harlem and Bedford-Stuyvesant to purchase homes with subsidies, so long as they lived in the houses at least six years. more [NYT]
