Target inks deal for first Manhattan spot

East River Plaza, the shopping center being built along Franklin D. Roosevelt Drive in East Harlem, will include Manhattan’s first Target store. It was originally supposed to include the borough’s first Costco Wholesale Club, but Target recently signed a 135,000-square-foot lease to anchor the center. more [NYT]
