East New York condos change hands

Nearly 1,000 condos in East New York have been acquired through a $90 million deal. The condos are spread across 19 buildings on 21 acres in the Brooklyn neighborhood. The new owners, Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Taconic Investment Partners, plan $40 million in capital improvements that will allow them to raise the sales prices for the condos. more [Crain’s]
