Insurance giant MetLife is expected to sign in the next several days a tentative deal to move most of its 1,700 workers from Long Island City, Queens, to Midtown Manhattan. The company will lease space in The Former Verizon Building On 42nd Street, where the rents are at least triple the ones MetLife is paying in Queens. more [NYT]
