Two Tribeca buildings sell for $115M

Two Tribeca office buildings have changed hands for $115 million, or $528.61 a square foot. The office buildings at 443-453 Greenwich Street offer a development opportunity to new owner Shahab Karmely, a New York-based real estate investor, according to Eastern Consolidated, which represented both Karmely and seller Goidell-Regal and NFL Regal. more By Tom Acitelli
