Ruby Tuesday heads to Times Square

Manhattan’s first Ruby Tuesday restaurant will open in — where else — Times Square in April of next year. The chain will lease a 2,947-square-foot space on the ground floor and 7,562 square feet on the second floor of 41st Street and Seventh Avenue. Robert K.
