Crash won’t dim Belaire appeal, broker says

A broker was showing a three-bedroom apartment in The Belaire on East 72nd Street when a plane crashed into the condo tower on Wednesday afternoon. Donna Olshan of Olshan Realty ran down 47 stories of stairs, but the plane crash may not affect her deal: Olshan said the brothers she showed the penthouse to were still interested in buying it. more [WSJ]
