Atlantic Yards (re)certified

Just a few weeks after it admitted that it had inadvertently omitted many public comments when preparing the Final Environmental Impact Statement for Bruce Ratner’s Atlantic Yards project, the Empire State Development Corporation has certified an updated version of the document. The ESDC is expected to grant its final approval for Atlantic Yards at its next meeting on December 8th.
