REBNY names “Rookie of the Year”

The Corcoran Group’s Julie Pham has been named “Residential Real Estate’s Most Promising Rookie Salesperson” by the Real Estate Board of New York. Pham, 30, works out of Corcoran’s Soho office and boasts over $25,000,000 in contracts signed and closed sales so far in 2006, her first year in the business. more By Tim Moran
