WTC columns found at Ground Zero

Workers searching for human remains beneath a service road at Ground Zero have discovered 60-ton steel columns from the World Trade Center. The service road was created during the post-9/11 cleanup effort. Prior to the discovery, it was thought that the trade center’s last remaining columns had been removed from Ground Zero in 2002. more [AP via AMNY]
